Estate Planning
The Estate Planning process is supported and accomplished by an integrative team that includes the Financial Advisor, Attorney and Tax Professional.
Estate Planning is often the most personal of all planning because it addresses events beyond our control. Changing the narrative to one focusing on providing clients the opportunity for their wishes to be documented and heard helps clients take control.
Still, for some, the thought of deciding who will implement those wishes can create such anxiety that paralysis sets in. Others may be more concerned with tax avoidance or creating a legacy but have not found the time to plan.
For my clients, the Estate Planning conversation starts with: “Share with me what you worry about.”
